No response to validation message of my order

Hello
I have problem that I have ordered a dedicated server from soyoustart with this info
Validation Order Nichandle: aa270442-sys
The problem is that this is the third time I order after the 2 times ago was expired because there is no response to my validation messages
I mean I already sent the validation Proof (2 IDs ) after I order Immediately But unfortunately They didn't validate or at least respond to my e-mail so its expired after 2 days of day limit to verify & validate
