The Game servers are currently in BETA beta test launch phase. This enables us to test different game environments on the game servers. In addition to this the BETA game servers comes with 50% off its normal cost at the moment.

The game servers are currently in the beta test period. There will be occassions where things wouldn't work according to plan. I can see the issue with the server and it will be resolved shortly. I beleive an re-installation has been restarted.

UPDATE:

Can you try to perform the re-installation within the manager?

Nope, no idea how long it will take them to reboot it either, and whether rebooting it is going to make any difference to being able to install I have no idea.
