Thanks for the response. I am waiting eagerly for VAT removal so that I can order a server.

Please look into VAT removal for my another Kimsufi account also : rp113347-ks. I have a server there with order # 29171804 for which also VAT should be removed.

Hi, I have sent documents required for validation. My nichandle is: rp114717-sys. Since I am not from Europe, VAT should be excluded.

I have validated nichandle for kimsufi (nichandle: rp113347-ks) and I want VAT removal from the already purchased order. Order number is 29171804.

Plesae expedite the validation process and remove VAT from both of my accounts.

Note: I have requested for the same earlier in an another thread but that thread is now looking like a chat thread between users on another topic so understanding the fact that support staff might overlook my post, I am creating a new thread now.
