Can I suggest that you make the process of signing up a bit clearer. It would save you time and money in support. A simple checklist with the stages clearly described, including the need for ID to be sent and that you don't work weekends! The only thing I saw about how long things took was something about setup taking just 15 minutes if you paid by card.

I'm still well happy with the deal so far - just wanted to point those things out as someone new to OVH.

It just means that someone from the office is going to manually check some details from you and that your payment has gone through okay. You just have to wait

I paid by Visa debit - so I can have machine in 15 mins......

why does my invoice still say 'We check your payment manually '

So when does that happen - can't find that info anywhere!
