I have ordered new server on 11/07/2014
My order no: 29386619
I already paid on 11/07/2014
And my server is active and can be used.
What I'm confuse about is the expiration date in the SYS Manager is the same as the date I bought that on 11/07/2014.
This situation has affected my order for a new addon such as new IP's that related to this server.
For example, when I try to make order for New IP it show this error:
"Unable to compute date alignment, expiration date of this service is in the past."
Please solve this problem ASAP.
