When I tried to order a server, the VAT was included in the price so I sent an email asking for VAT exemption. Even though I mentioned my account was verified, this is the response I got.

In order to validate vat exemption, please send as attachement the following documents :

Proof of Identity - A copy of any official photo identification such as drivers license, passport, etc.

Proof of residency - A copy of a utility bill(gas, electric, phone, etc.). The bill should include your name and address as it appears on your account.
