My website was running perfectly and once i restarted the machine and started all wamp services couldn't connect to the website in the same way.
here is some screenshots of port 80 i have opened it already on windows firewall but it seems like it doesn't respond.

Webserver apache 2.4.9
Windows server 2008 enterprise r2.
Any kind of help would be much appreciated and welcomed.
