I didn't email but I created a ticket from within my account, should I email instead? 6 days passed, still no server.

And in the bottom of my order email, it says contact OVH UK for support instead of that email address.

Hi, my order is 29665066

According to the order page, it should take only within 24 hours to deploy the server, 72H has passed since then and I still receive no server. I'm just writing just in case OVH forgot about my order.

*I actually ordered two server, both were quoted as within 24 hours, I only receive one. I cannot use it without the other (Infrastructure + Storage vRacks together)
