Did you also wish to reset the password for the server also?

Tried restetting password as well. The link I get in the email does not work. I hope my hosting is extended for the time I have not been able to use it. have not been able to log in once.

Just bought a server from you guys. Got a email saying I could now login. Tried to login and it just says my password or email address is wrong. It is not wrong;

What can be done to resolve this situation?
