To remove VAT, you need to send them on email your ID Card/Passport or Driving License and some valid proof of adress on your name, for example phone bill or something like that.
And they will remove it probably within 3 weeks or a month (you will wait for weeks before they just replay, and after that you wait for them to remove it).
