OVH did not steal your money. Your payment has actually yet to be accepted, we will have a look at the documents you sent in and we will contact you via email if we need anything else. You already have another thread open regarding this order so I'll close this one

Is 30003522 your order number?

If so, your order has been put on hold by our Irish team. You must send a copy of ID and a proof of address to support@ovh.ie. If you do not wish to provide the documents, send them an email and ask for a refund.
