impossible for OVH to check every server they provide for copyrighted files,
the servers some of them are encrypted and not possible to view the hard disk.
Not sure, heard about this, but don't think OVH will pay this sort of cash out without a fight.

These guys lost similar lawsuits against Yandex and Leaseweb, and are pretty much a running joke. Doesn't the French DMCA equivalent require a registered letter as opposed to just a random email?
