As long as you've been verified your order would now be pushed through to the automatic system which delivers servers when they're available (I believe), so yes 24/7.

I believe they work 24/7, whether they actually do the setups during this time or just tech support I'm not sure. You could always give them a call and check.

Hello my customer ID is - gs122936-sys . I paid on 29/07/2014. The support, just gave me answer on 4th August and told me "there is a temporary stock issue" . But I saw latest SYS-IP-4 server sold on 01/08/2014. If you have stock issue why are you still selling this non-existing servers ?

I am wondering Is soyoustart.com really slow ? or It's temporary problem. Average reply for a ticket is like 3-4 days. If you have a serious problem with your server and getting answer from support after 3-4 days this is a big problem! We are doing business guys!
