I don't think you can make a payment until your account is verified (not sure about this though) - Their support works Monday to Friday 9AM to 6PM GMT, so you won't get a response until Monday at the earliest.

Hello,
I'm living in Israel and yesterday i just tried to purchase a VPS.
I've got message that said i need to send some documents for any email.
I send the documents and they send me an email:
Dear Customer,
We confirm that your order (no. 30100057) has been created for a total amount of EUR 9.83.
You can make the payment for this order by copying or clicking
on the link below:
and link with pass and username.
When i'm enter to the link it's not let me do a payment, I'm sending for them so much emails but they're not answer me.
What can i do?
By the way i bought it from ovh.ie because when i tried to purchase it from .uk they told me to contact .ie
