I have same problem could you help out over teamviewer or something? I made mac and added but not working :/

This is not something support can help you with, since support does not cover software configurations. The Alias tutorial is wrong. You have to follow the bridge tutorial. First you need a failover IP with MAC. That mac needs to be entered in Hyper-V. Then boot the VM and change IP in VM as described. Make sure Hyper-V is forwarding traffic to VM and you are all set.

Hello everyone, so since no one from Technical support is not answering me i decided to test out my luck here.
So my problem is i can get working internet connection on Hyper-V on windows server 2012 R2..
I bough 4 more ip adresses those 'Failover IPs' now i added main one to advanced in my network adapter.
But when i get to vps and edit IPv4 configs it still cant connect to internet...
What i added to IPv4 config is this:
IP adress: main Failover IP and even second one i tried
Subnet mask: 255.255.0.0
Default gateway: my main IP from host and even tried my main host ip with .254 at end..

and dns: 213.186.33.99
