So, to change each Reverse, you will need to point an A Record directly at it.

Your Zone will look like this:

176.213.81.193 A VPS1.example.com
176.213.81.194 A VPS2.example.com
176.213.81.195 A VPS3.example.com
176.213.81.196 A VPS4.example.com
176.213.81.197 A VPS5.example.com

You will then be allowed to change the reverse of the IP, once OVH can see the new records.

- Hi, to setup a PTR Record you need to point a domain name to your VPS IP
+ How can I do? (My vps ip: ***.***.**.*93. || My vps panel: Plesk)
- then in our OVH Manager can then setup the A Record under the Reverse DNS Button.
+ Ticket ? (ovh.com/manager/)

Thanks.
