I know but there is €30-sys and €81-ovh price difference. And sys servers is ok for my needs. Maybe we see it one day

Correct it is not feasible to offer it by the hour, if you do require it all the time you might be better off looking at the OVH.co.uk servers.

Probably staffing and stock reasons. You'd need a whole army of people running around the datacenter (assuming your server motherboard doesn't come with it built-in, of course.)

With the latest version of the SYS control panel I see there's now an option for KVM, but the price is only available by the day (£22 ex VAT) or week (£149 ex VAT)

Speaking for myself, the only time I'd need to use KVM is to investigate a boot problem before networking comes up. Typically I'd only need KVM for an hour or two in such circumstances. Paying for a whole 24-hour access would be overkill. OVH should consider adding something like £5 for 4 hours access, or even just £1 an hour.
