Go with a company who cares about its customers.

Final update, the speed issues persist towards the end of the month, there had been no changes the entire month while OVH is "looking into it". The service was essentially unusable due to network speeds mentioned above. I had to cancel the service, there was no refunds.

Be careful when you purchase these servers as you are rolling the dice. You might get lucky and get a perfectly fine server with good network or you might be placed with the biggest bandwidth abusers as neighbours while OVH does nothing to help.

This is still an ongoing issue, first ticket was submitted on the 16th of August. The ticket was answered on the 19th of August asking for network tests and the result showing clear speed issue was replied right the way. It has been 18 days or 3 working weeks this Friday. This sort of speed is unacceptable for my application hence I was unable to utilize the server for the past 3 weeks. If a resolution can not be reached, I would like to move forward for a partial refund. I leased this SYS server with confidence and paid the setup fee upfront, and it seems this has been developed into a unfortunate situation.

This is the test results as of now,

Hi,

I passed that ticket to the technicians only yesterday, so you should get an update soon.

I am having speed issues in my server, I have already opened a ticket [Ticket #2014081677000394]. However, I am not receiving any updates on the issue for over a week now. The support asked me to do a speed test from proof.ovh.net, which I did, and the results are listed below, my kimsufi server at BHS can communicate with French DC at 10MB/s no problem. Other soyoustart server leasers have also confirmed that this speed is not normal. Please let me know what is going on. Thanks!

Here are the results for RBX, SBG and BHS on my SYS server at BHS,
