I know Kimsufi has it's own section but It seems I am being ignored... Posted two threads now and in the second one there hasn't been a reply in almost a month since I posted it.

transaction 28912981 just over two months ago was for an incorrect amount. Rather than waiting for the slow support to correct the invoice and get the server back online I just paid the 100Euro (Should have been 20Euro).

I've gone through my card statements and can't see any refund.
