and refund money back tow days go but no reply until now

order paid on 19/08/2014 a 23:23:21 and until now soyoustart won't provide me server or refund money back.

any way i won't that server.

i just want to cancel and refund my money back.

You can't rely on the "delivery duration" that you see on the order page. It's an estimated time.

Good luck getting your money back, we are waiting for a month ago to send us a new server which the current server crashed every 2 days and still nothing. So no refund no new server(ovh).
As per soyoustart, we have ordered a server with 48GB of ram memory, and get 32GB as you can see my thread here still nothing. They are low cost company, but the support is terrible.

last time i had problem with my harddisk on my server i have wait 35 days for they helo
first mail have been send to them replay me after 10 days
i mad 16 call to them no think happens

i think they are only 4 person working on this company support and salge and manger = 1 person

Even if you can get your money refunded, you will wait for weeks or a month to they answer you, as SoYouStart Support is very slow.
So, you just sit, and wait for few weeks.
