Like to hear how you get on with this. I'm not a magento fan its so big and cumbersome so you do go with Prestashop please reply

Hi everyone,
Is anyone actually using the new OVH Prestashop installation. This is not a module installation or something via Plesk or Cpanel, but an actual managed by OVH installation.

Is so, how is it? Is it fast? Or as slow as the shared hosting one? It seems cheap to be fully managed by OVH.
Any thoughts as I'm thinking of either using Prestashop or Magento....Prestashop would be easier to set up and manage because OVH would do it.
Also, what CRMs and help desk software do you use?
