Hello,

I probably shouldn't have started a new thread but I'm a little bit confused.
I've created a new account and ordered a new server from SYS.
I wasn't able to pay for it because I was requested to provide some documents for account validation and I've sent them to: validation@ovh.net

However, the invoice expired after 24hours and my account is still not validated after 76hours.
What should I do and how will I know if my account has been validated or not? Will I be notified when it's validated?

Please help. I'm confused.
My account is: gt62517-sys

PS: I've just sent the documents again, just in case.
