The issue was resolved within about 10 minutes of a real ticket being created and so far this setup is working brilliantly.
Hopefully I'll be able to use it instead of my quarter rack in the local datacenter.

I have contacted them, my IPv4 block is not displaying in the manager, not a good start though is it when on a supposedly premium product the first thing you have to do is contact support..

Is there ani firewall or anti ddos controls supplied?
I cannot find anything in the new manager, I can see these controls for other servers, in fact, I cannot even see my IPv4 block, just an IPv6 one.
