The issue was resolved within about 10 minutes of a real ticket being created and so far this setup is working brilliantly.

Hopefully I'll be able to use it instead of my quarter rack in the local datacenter.

There is the network level firewall at:

Manager v6 >> Dedicated >> IP >> Firewall

From here you manage the firewall.

If your having issues with the firewall, please contact support directly.

I have contacted them, my IPv4 block is not displaying in the manager, not a good start though is it when on a supposedly premium product the first thing you have to do is contact support..

Is there ani firewall or anti ddos controls supplied?

I cannot find anything in the new manager, I can see these controls for other servers, in fact, I cannot even see my IPv4 block, just an IPv6 one.
