The problem is that i have an FTP server active for public downloading of some data.

I have an error 425: Can't open data connection for transfer.

Can you please tell me where i can find that OVH Manager?

I have checked and confirm the FTP Port is open, what is the error you get when you try and connect? I also see the DDOS Protection is active, make sure you add a rule in the OVH Manager V6 with your home IP Address and Port 21 being allowed, you should be able to connect then.

Dear administrators!

I have problems with FTP. Its not working either in active or in passive mode.
I fed up reading guides about ftp network configuration but i have found an info that my problem is caused by external firewall data sabotage.

And i think its truth, because my FTP server used to work until a moment it mythically decided not to work without changing anything in OS/FTP/Windows firewall configurations.

Please advise.
