It did it again tonight, the server was offline for nearly 20min! I rebooted the server which made no difference and had to wait for the internet connection to come back online. The server was powered on (I was using the KVM). It has been doing this the past week and a half and I would like this fixing.

I have opened a ticket

Hello,

KVM doesn't work and my websites are inaccessible when the dropouts occur until it comes back online. Please take a look into this, the last dropout was at 21:42:02 UK time and came back online at 21:43:02.
