OVH has received the payment but they're requesting I prove where I live and to prove my identity by sending them personal documents... I can send them these but I don't want to because they're personal. Is this normal?

It looks like you have a windows licence included in the price.

Just try putting the ip of the server in the remote desktop box.

Maybe you have to install windows on it first.

Also, are you sure it has been delivered yet? You will generally get an email with ip etc and log in details, you do with other products anyway.

If you haven't had the invoice yet, its not set up.
