All of the above - that's the exact reason why I have contacted both of them to get them to sort this out I have been told by the guy's at o2 they are looking into it, they aren't too friendly with their peering - not like it used to be when it was just Be*.

Hopefully we can convince them

(My speeds have dropped from 18-19Mbit/sec down to just under 1Mbit/sec... somewhat frustrating at times *laughs*)

I have the same problem... except the drop is a little more drastic... 12mbit to 2mbit... terrible speed

Hi there,

Is it possible for you to request peering with AS35228 (BeUnlimited/O2) in the UK. They are a ADSL2+ Provider. Speed have been a lot more variable than normal and I'm guessing this is part of the cause as to why we are getting slow speeds from you to them.

They are 224.232 and 226.232 on the exchange, it'll be handy if you could look into this.

They have a peering DB Entry with peering contacts -> http://www.peeringdb.com/view.php?asn=35228

I'm sure it'll save you a reasonable bit of transit too, thus saving you some € in the process

Thanks!

P.S. you need to get someone to update your entry at peeringdb.com as well
