Hello,

I replied to an email from support on the 8th of September regarding Ticket #2014082877000853 and am still waiting for a response as one of the disks in my server still keeps going offline after the intervention.

Any chance this could get looked into? As the frequent system lockups from the sata connection being hard reset make the server unusable for my purposes.

The server id is: ns328142.ip-188-165-225.eu
