If you've got an SYS server, your first 16 IP addresses don't have a monthly fee, just a one-off setup fee.

Hello,
I bought 4 IP addresses. Actually, I wanted to buy them in a bundle, however the price of that 4in1 bundle was 8€ per month, then I had to purchase them one by one.
A friend of mine told me there would be no payment after 2nd month if those ip addresses were bought in a bundle, but I could not be sure about that. Could you please help me on this issue, such as changing these ip addresses like they were purchased in a 4in1 bundle instead?
