After 12 months rental, you automatically get:
- 1 month free for a 6 month renewal
- 3 months free with 12 month renewals

You need to renew the server for 6 months in one go, not just renewing it monthly for 6 months. If you generate a renewal for 6 months you will see the 1 month taken off.

You need to of had the server for at least 12 months before you benefit from it. After you've rented the server for a total of 12 months, if you renew by 6 monhts after that you get a month free, if you renew for a further 12 you get 3 months for free.

That is not stated on SYS website, so I guess he will need to get that one month free.
