I'm posting in a new thread because pinned thread above is apparently only used as a marker where staff doesn't look at.

This is ridiculous. I'm a EU citizen, have approved OVH account since months but here, I cannot get validated for a week now. I've sent my documents as well as noted I already have an existing account with exact same details...got no replies what so ever, like I'm contagious or something. I don't know what your idea about renting servers is, but usually people rent it when they're planning to use it and not 6 months ahead.

I do not want to be rude but something has to give. So with all due respect, may I get some sort of a timeframe when account is suppose to be validated? Another week, month, year?
