My IPs are still Blacklisted

You really want me to communicate with MSN Guys and ask them to Whitelist the IP which you guys gave me?

check with hotmail website to validate your IPs. If they require the hosting company to validate that you're the only user of those IPs, we can do so.

I am really Frustrated and i need a solution.
I called your Support Line for millions of time on Friday 4 PM ireland time and no body answered.

I have 2 issues which is just forcing me to cancel server and ask for refund.

1) My Documents are still not been verified even after 7 days of Server Delivery. I need my VAT Back in my account.
2) My IPs are Blacklisted and i am not able to send emails out to Hotmail.

My NicHandle is uj8063-sys

i am running Hosted Exchange Services and i cannot live with this.
Please do let me know as soon as possible else i will have to cancel my server and move on to other provider.
