They answered me. They will fix this issue and all be ok. Servers will not be suspended.

The thing about OVH, is..... they leave their customers in the dark, they're no good at liaising... Same when they change their services, no warnings, etc.
Get used to it.

and i did send them an e-mail but no answer from them yet .

I have now been through the payment process TWICE for my server on different days and both times it has said payment validated. Now the server has been suspended!

Suppor answered me thay they don't know when server will renew.
BUt i think server will not be suspended because it is "all users problem"

I already report that before expiry date & they reply to me they will renew it 2 days ago

Unfortunately still not renewed & we are afraid of suspension

But since I have contact them I have the right if they suspend it without checking the issue is from their side

Since all the people have this issue in this thread, I assume that they have much work to do with these & they will renew it as soon as possible

Just wait for their replay & keep send reminder e-mails every 2~ 3 days if there was no answer.

this is really bad, but my server is still working, i have added paypal under auto renewal. I have sent couple of emails to SYS and OVH, OVH said to contact SYS and no reply from SYS yet, hope they resolve it sooner as i cant afford downtime because of their mistake.

same date. But i have not way to pay by myself - only "automatic renewal" - i add my card 10/10/2014 but still no transactions from soyoustart.
Also my original currency is not "EURO" and now i will pay more in my currency than 3 days ago ((

They locked my server i tried to pay by paypal and Credit Card but transactions did not pass
I have enough money on my bank account so its not problem from my side...

Hi, I have SYS server (ID: jr31611-sys) but i cant make payment and there is no way to contact SYS team in anyway, i dont want server suspension, pls tell me how to make payment, i have even entered auto payment and enabled paypal account, but payment not processed. pls contact me asap.
