You have to figure it out yourself and tell OVH what's wrong, assuming it is a problem their end. I'd suggest starting with some trace routes.

You have SoYouStart? Then diagnostics customers, techsupport SoYouStart.
1) There is tech support, but I guess you didn't diagnose a problem yet.
2) Diagnostic is up to you, not them. See unofficial FAQ for some hints.

First of all, is there anyway of getting real tech support after a purchase of a dedicated server?
Second of all, some people keep timing out, and stop losing connection to my server, would you know why?
It seems like thier ISP is just rejecting them, or OVH's network rejects them.
