Or install a default kernel, in your case, from Ubuntu.

Both VMware and Virtualbox need to load kernel modules, but the OVH
kernel isn't modular. That means you will have to compile your own
kernel if you don't want to use the ready-to-use VMware distribution.

Hey,

I'm pretty much new to Linux and I've searched a little for this but I have no idea how to compile my own Kernel to get around it, and I really can't afford to break my box.

When I try to run VMWare I get:

Can anyone please help me around these errors to get either of these two programs running?
