RTM isn't at all 'obligatory' - RTM is a feature of the control panel that OVH don't advertise as having, therefore they don't HAVE to provide it.

Why don't you take some time to look through the knowledgebases, this at all wasn't hard to find and took me 5 seconds (if it were going to take me a while I wouldn't of bothered to help you, trust me):
