How do you know it's a hardware issue? Have you tried starting the server in rescue mode?

Have you tried rebooting your server/VPS? If it doesn't come back up after a reboot, have you tried to do a hardware test?

What kind of server do you have? If you're sure this isn't a software issue:
OVH: Raise an incident ticket in your manager
SYS: Email support using the form on your local SYS site
KS: Post on forum.kimsufi.com

OVH only offer support for network/hardware issues, if your whole server is down then OVH will likely need to deal with it, if it's just your website that's offline then that would suggest a software issue which you will have to resolve.
