The money was refunded to your OVH Account, you have a credit of 18.36 which I suggest you just use for a renewal or new order.

if you can't read, it's not my problem as I have explained a several times, I had more than 3 IP addresses on KS type of server and back in August I have moved them into OVH (as you don't know on OVH servers IPs are FREE) but their billing system still carry on charge me for these IP addresses.

P.S. I am still waiting for a refund to my credit card!

I'm not taking about just KS, what I've seen the SYS support is just as dire, and they aren't in the "testing" mould. So, you know, I understand that it's not any of the staff's fault, but give us a break.

But, as we seen, when the billing broke for SYS clients as well as for KS, there are/were servers being suspended for lack of payment, when people couldn't even pay! So OVH punishes clients becaue of their incompetence. Problems like that should never arise, and if they do, should take top priority to fix, like hours, not weeks. OVH monitors servers, why can't they monitor their zillions of control panels too?

"Billing" !=== "Support"...... Well, to me it's not..

unfortunately, the KS support deals with all billing issues too, and that comes with the Kimsufi level of support, which is unfortunately small.

Kimsufi servers are meant for testing and nothing urgent. Definitely not business grade support . Normally, the orders are done very straight forward: placing the order, provide validation if required, wait for the server to be delivered. If you have to request cancellation, it'll take a bit longer, but it'll be done eventually, with emails treated First In First Out.

Sorry if it's not quick enough for you, you just need to be patient, all emails and requests will be dealt with in due time. That's the service level for Kimsufi, and it's one of the main difference between KS and the other brands at OVH.

just be patient and the KS support will process it for you.

I agree, billing issues, whatever server type, should be paramount, no questions asked..... and if they can't cope - evidently so due to these long validation delays - Octave, or "daddy", should put some hands in pockets and employ more staff.

how many more months need to wait in order to get a refund of difference and fix of issue? Billing issues nothing to do with technical support, as the OVH is Ltd company and Kimsufi is only trading name, don't need to send me to Kimsufi forums!

sorry but the issue is so simple and will not take 3 weeks to sort out, as the Tom, David and William is the same person and it sounds use the fake names, this person is overloaded with all customers and don't have time even to reply or fix the issue.

On server only 3 IP addresses at 0.85 each, I had recently invoice for 11 IP addresses, all IPs has been moved in August to OVH server and only left 3 on kimsufi, but I am still being changed for it.

The Invoice GB257993 clearly indicates the dates - September usage of 11 IP addresses.

How complicated to understand the basics from August only 3 IP addresses on kimsufi therefore need to charge for 3 IP addresses.

how many years it will take to answer simple questions by kimsufi support. Could you answer the following questions:
Do kimsufi support understand English or it's just fake names like David and William?
Do kimsufi support understand what it's mean "support"?
Do kimsufi support understand what it's mean "billing"?
Do kimsufi support has any mental conditions and prevent them to do their duties? or meaning special or retards or thick people.

As I paid the bill do I need to contact my credit card company to get the refund of difference, as "kimsufi " useless people can't be bothered to do anything!

I am not horrible person, simply kimsufi or OVH support is useless!

For old and new KS servers, you must contact the KS team.

My kimsufi.com server is old and I never had any updates on contract, therefore it's still sould be supported via OVH control panel as it's still in the same account.

No one is bothered to reply to my email at URL:

Hi all,

I do have 3 IP addresses on old kimsufi.com server, but for uknwon to me reason I being charged for 11 IP adddreses, all other IP addresses are free as they are on OVH server.

Any reason why being charged for 11 IP addresses?
