but it's impossible task to contact Kimsufi Support as one and only one guy David is overloaded with several millions emails, last time he was alive on 26 October 2014, 20:35:33 not anymore any response.

I changed payment details and my services were temporarily disabled however I have now added the new payment method to my account but cannot connect to my dedicated server via X2Go as I used to, have my services been deleted or do I have to wait a little while for them to re initiate?
