[8.11.14] Drive failing, No support

Oh and just to add SYS support is just as bad as Kimsufi, so if anybody is thinking of changing to SYS from KS to get better support it is pointless. I also have a server there that has a faulty drive and still waiting 3 weeks for technicians to do anything about it. Same story, numerous reports, emails, forum posts and NOTHING has been done other than to be fobbed off by support that its been looked into which is obviously a lie.

Seeing the way theathiest has been treated here has convinced me to drop the last few servers I have with OVH. The way this guy has been treated is appalling.

What's even worse is the arrogance of OVH to allow things to get this far. Its almost like, "tough, there are plenty more where you came from".

I'm seriously considering that. SYS and Kimsifu have an absolutely disgusting level of customer consideration or support. It's as if they simply dont give a f*ck and just happy to shift all the lower prices servers away from main brand.

"investigating" the issue, I have been told that on a couple of occasions over the past 3 weeks. How long does it take to check a smart log and swap a hard drive???

I could have got a flight over to the datacenter and done this myself in less time.

It's the same thing if you call them over the phone.
I've been waiting 2 months for them to replace the faulty RAM, and guess what? They never replaced...

Had to spend more money and tried my luck with another server. And guess what?
Brought more problems than the previous one.

But maybe the problem is me, am unlucky and spent 300 for nothing...

Now I'm waiting for almost one month for any kind of compensation (well it was promised on the phone).

Pure bullshiit!!! Run away of OVH/SYS and spend your money elsewhere (as I was forced to do).

Yes I submitted the results a week ago, why wasn't they submitted then and why has this taken 2 weeks and still no resolution? Will I be compensated for time lost on my service?
