I have located the following accounts:
am783**-ovh created on January 2013 OVH IE
am1060**-sys created December 2013 SYS FR
am1059**-sys created December 2013 SYS UK
ma2528**-ovh created February 2014 OVH IE
All these accounts belong to the same email address on your account.
You have been an OVH customer longer than an SYS customer.
The accounts are bounded to the country they are created in. There is no option within the manager which enables an change of country. This would mean that you did sign up to SYS FR originally.

You have accounts with SYS and OVH.
Your SYS account was created from SYS FR
Your OVH account was created from OVH IE
Maybe your referring to the support on your OVH services.

I ordered server year ago, and for that year I always pay it on 10-th of the month, because that is time when I get money from few sources, so renewal before that is mision impossible, that is reason why I need it back on 10-th of the month, so if u can do it, please then do it.
About emails, nope, they are not in spam, I check spam evry time I look at email (that is basicly evry 10 minutes), I also used search for whole email, and there is no emails from SYS, there are renewal emails from OVH, for servers and vps servers in OVH, but not a single one from SYS (about renewal).

Last time I recrived renewal email from sys was 7-th october, but as u can see, I recrived other emails normaly.

Currently on servers ordered on soyoustart.ie can have the automatic renewal, for UK it is not possible at the moment. If you contact us we could manually align it to a different date if you really want it.
Regarding not receiving emails could they be in a SPAM folder or somewhere else?
Heise, I do not see who allowed them to change renewal date ? (btw thanks for OVH forum, I realy did not read are they stuff or not, as I was angry).
There was no email notification, or anything, also there was no any notification about cutting off days from server.
Also, I never activated Automatic renewal in my panel, as u can see on image below
There is way to renew manualy as before, but for some reason, I never recrive emails from SYS where manual renewal link is (for last 2 months I do not recrive).
I normaly recrive emails for OVH servers, but not a single one for SYS server.
As I understand it, they have changed in October 2014 payment to automatic payment and billing from the 1st of the months. They also changed the fine print you should find somewhere in your SYS control panel. If you don't like it, cancel the server and move somewhere else. If you want to pay manual, I guess you can setup a paypal account with no money and no automatic recharge option, so that payment fails. Then they will create a bill that you can manually pay as before.

Your server ns39274.ip-91-121-21.eu is associated with a SoyouStart France account am106018-sys, as stated by my colleague you will have to contact the SoyouStart French subsidiary regarding this issue.
I'm still waiting for answer, as I alredy told, I will bump this thread 100 times if needed, until I get my problem solved, as support on website does not do it.
My account is not in france, it is in IE, one year ago when I ordered server, I ordered it by mistake on UK website, so they rejected my order as I'm from Serbia, and sent me to .ie website, where I ordered and payd. So u can't tell me that my account is in france, when I do not even speak french so I can udnerstand and order from your website.
Also, when I call support over the phone, I always call IE support, and I always get it, and for the last year I use only support over .ie website.. so I think it's your mistake.

Something confusing is happening with my server.
First, I stopped recriving notification on mail in how much my server is expiring.
Then, instead of server expire on 10.11.2014, I saw that date is 09.11.2014 (1 day less..)
Then today I see that my server has been automaticly renewed (I never turned that option ON, as I always pay manualy), and now date of expire is 30.11.2014
So, why I get less days evry time ?
Ok, for this last renew, I need to pay 10 eur less, and I have 10 days less.. I never asked for that.. I want to pay full price as I'm doing last year, and I want to my server again expire when it should, and that is on evry 10th in month..
There is reason why I set to all my dedi's with OVH and SYS expire on evry 10-th in month, I do not want OVH to move my expiration date without my permission.
