Sorry for the hijack but only way to try and get support attention here. Daniel can you or somebody else please provide me some support, I reported a faulty drive a week ago and I have had no response or acknowledgement from anybody. I have already provided smart logs in initial email report.

Total i paid 600,24 Euro. How much longer I'll wait?
