How to RAID5 3x 120GB with ESXi OS?

Yea I went with the first disk option as that was the only one because of the soft raid.
Means ill just have to take more backups than normal, good thing these VMs are easy to backup and restore, kinda why we wanted them.

Installed the update zip via the command line so it is now running 5.5, no problems of yet other than my lack of network skills being able to configure the box to how I need it :P

Esxi does not support SoftRaid, because of this if you have a SoftRaid server it is installed to the first disk only. Also vSphere 5.5 cannot be installed on XP but you could use the Web Interface.

I wasn't able to make my ESXi server raid 1 for some reason.
I don't select single drive install option from soyoustart control panel but it ends up with single drive install for some reason.

How did you configured?

Turns out you can update via a ZIP. So have done that.

Now hopefully will be able to use it a bit better.

Trying to RAID5 my three 120GB SSDs on my E3-SSD-3 server.

The new interface is not as good as the old one, was able to do it back in the day of the old manager on OVH but all this is new to me.
Can someone give me direction or screenshots of how to do it?
Thanks

Can only use vSphere on XP?!?!
Checking the specs why can't we use VMware ESXi 5.5 on these servers?

Looks like only Raid1 is the option then?
Raid5 apparently kills SSDs pretty quickly or something.

Still want ESXi 5.5 though...
