ns342180

those 3 servers was scheduled to be installed via your kvm ip modules.
kvm was never delivered was your servers are useless for me.
i didn't have the service from you as expected.

Please refund the amount of 3 dedicated servers.

Mark in my telephone calls , the person who answered my calls, did took proof of my attempts to connect.
Also he also tried to connect to the kvm without success.
that's why he said that he will escalate it.

I think the quid of the question here is how you tried to log into the KVM. Our engineers have installed the KVM and tested it before activating it for you. Obviously, having the KVM for 24h, you need to have everything ready on your end to use it. I hope you've tried from different platforms and systems to log into the KVM before saying that the KVM has a problem, as with only 24h, it's quite difficult for the engineers to troubleshoot with you that (specially for SYS servers, that don't have the option to open a ticket).

This is the worst customer experience i ever had.
Does anyone care for the customers?

I ordered kvm ip 1day for:
ns312633 (not delivered)
ns342180 (not delivered)
ns3001597 (delivered after 3days)

we need to install parallels cloud server that's why need for the kvm over ip.
So after calls and calls, a lot of emails, someone after 4 days placed the kvm modules but without working!!!!
The credentials was not working. JESUS!!!!
After i reported you the issue of course no one did anything.
Someone told me that the issue is escalated and more mambo jambo.

Finally after the billing period ended, the modules were removed .
(Date 2014-11-18 17:10:44, pascal.gohier made KVM IP USB remove:
kvm2053.ovh.net removed)

How its possible for someone to remove asap and at the proper time the kvm module, but he can't troubleshoot the technical issues.
ARE YOU SERIOUS?
if i knew your lack of professionalism i would never consider ordering your products even if it was free.

Can someone please install the two kvm modules on ns342180 and ns312633 TODAY !!

poor man's kvm over ip

If you check links in signature to install windows / linux you will see in the beginning how to make OVH rescue mode writeable to install KVM/Qemu. With this virtualization you can then see the boot process and do (almost) any operation that needs interaction before ssh/rdp is active. [Update] Including mounting own iso images and installing OS from it, if it is not Windows 2k8, 2k12 or an OS asking for vt-x. [/Update] Changes to Bios are (understandably) out of the question.
