I think it depends on what operating system prebuild you took. If it's Linux based check that iptables (local firewall) is turned off,, use the following commands as root to make sure it's not blocking anything:

chkconfig iptables off
service iptables stop

I have a friend, he has the same server machine as I have. And he said that he had to open the ports that are listed on the website. As for Lineage 2 need additional ports to open: 2106, 7777, 3306, 9014, 80

No ports are blocked by default. All TCP/UDP should be open

Had the same problem from a friend, he wrote in support of him and opened ports.

This ports are used for game server Lineage 2

Technical support wrote 2 days ago, but nobody replied
