So far I know only 2 members of staff to whole I spoke on phone, the rest I never heard, simply get response as different person.

I need to do the same, my real name is Alex, but today I am Jonh, for the rest 364 day I will find a new name every day!

He needs to liaise with his subsidiaries better.... Even employ more staff!!!!!! As all these problems arose out of the blue, so something must be seriously wrong.

Professional support cost more money than hardware, it's shame than no replacement or robots who can do more efficient tasks, this is a reason one tech support person in KS/SYS/OVH act as a several members of staff, pretending that they do have plenty of support staff.

I rest my case.... SYS support is as dire like the KS support, I thought SYS were "semi-pro" servers?

Average email response time: 4 hours Monday to Friday
Access to hardware failure declaration services: Permanent 24/7 access
Guaranteed intervention time (GIT): 1 hour
Guaranteed repair time (GTR): GIT + 1 hour
Drives = Hardware.

Yes I created this thread before and yes it was removed but YES I am still waiting now over 2 weeks for anything to be done about the faulty harwdare.

I have been emailed to ask for confirmation but nothing has happened. I have also been told that an incident report has been filed but I have received no email regarding this at all.

I have further checked to see if there has been any interventions on server on the off chance they just forgot to email me, no interventions at all, drives still faulty.

This si now over 2 weeks and absolutely nothing has been done.

Do you consider this fair and reasonable time to wait for SYS support? I think not.
