Then you have to set MegaRaid to Raid0 from Rescue mode first. See their guides, since I never looked at it myself. http://help.ovh.co.uk/HardRaidLsi

Hi

Criot is correct your server physically has 2 x 2TB HDD on the server. If you only see 2TB instead of 4TB, its most likely you have the hard drives in an RAID 1 configuration.

Simply sounds like you have your drives in RAID 1 and therefore can only use the capacity of one drive. You'll need to change to RAID 0 to use full capacity, but be warned you will have absolutely NO redundancy by using RAID 0.
