Try to split it into 4 block, so just add 4 IPs first, and than add 4 IPs again until 4 IPs block.

Doing so limits the amount of IPs you can have, as the site says SYS servers are limited to 128 IPS over a maximum of 16 slots, having 4 IPS per 'slot' only gives you a maximum of 64. Of course, this is fine if you're never going to want more IPs than that.

When support set it so you can get IPs, the first 16 you pay a setup fee on them, but pay no monthly fee for them, so you only pay for them once, any after that you pay for monthly. So, if you have a total of 32 IPs for example, the first 16 you pay for one off, and the other 16 you pay for monthly.
