I was wondering is kimsufi support same as ovh support?
And i saw on kimsufi website that servers are located in europe but i couldn't find exact location,so which datacenter are they in?

Although for what you pay kimsufi is generally good. If kimsufi had the support as either soyoustart or ovh then there would be no point in ovh or soyoustart as people would buy kimsufi servers all the time.

@Bear, OVH support is realy fast, usualy they answer u within 24 hours except on weekends, and that is fast, as for SoYouStart support u could wait for a weeks, and for Kimsufi Support u wait a months, so on the end, OVH is the best, but just for testing, yea, Kimsufi is good.

@Smally1997 Ok thanks.I experience ovh(vps) and they know sometimes to be really slow with tickets and emails.

Comes with the price buddy. However, if you are unlucky enough to have any hardware issues, I find it best to phone OVH themselves.

@Bear If downtime will only effect yourself then I would say you should give a Kimsufi a go, if you need reliability and support, then choose either OVH or SoYouStart.

Bear, it would help us if you tell us what you will be using the server for, and we can then tell you if it is appropriate for the use you want it for.

Kimsufi support is email-only (they now completely ignore their Kimsufi forum) and it's painfully slow to get a response from them, if they respond at all. If your needs are modest you're better off with a VM from Digital Ocean.

The level of support you receive with a Kimsufi server is significantly different from both SoYouStart and OVH, you will get forum support and that is it, you do not get any form of SLA.

You would get within any of the 3 Datacentres, you can't choose, when choosing Europe you get in GRA, RBX or SBG, depends on availability.

Support is done via Kimsufi website I believe, it's not the same staff and certainly not the same level of support either.
