There is a possibility that the monitoring system is malfunctioning. However, as the system is automated, it is more than likely where it doesn't know what Subject to put for your email, most likely a simple code issue nothing else.

I think the server monitoring system might be slightly broken (Or it's my email system)

It's sending out emails from customer@soyoustart.com with the subject of #SUBJECT# when it detects a problem with the server. As I found out a moment ago when I enabled a firewall and had forgot a rule to allow ping through.
